Last updated 1 August 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using LedgerFlow.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LedgerFlow, operated from Nairobi, Kenya. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any business you represent.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
A single login may own or join multiple business workspaces. The workspace owner controls member access, roles and billing for that workspace.
Paid plans are billed in Kenyan Shillings in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, and renew automatically until cancelled.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affecting your workspace.
You retain full ownership of the records you create in LedgerFlow. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may export your ledger and documents at any time. After cancellation we retain your data for a limited grace period so you can export it, then delete or archive it in line with legal retention duties.
LedgerFlow provides software tools, including automated bookkeeping suggestions and tax summaries. It does not provide accounting, audit, legal or tax advice.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your records and for all filings and submissions made to the Kenya Revenue Authority or any other authority. Always review automated output before relying on it.
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach or probe our security, reverse engineer the platform, resell access without authorisation, or upload malicious code.
We may suspend access where use threatens the integrity, security or availability of the service, or where payment is materially overdue.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Support is provided during Kenyan business hours, with response targets depending on your plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, penalties or loss of data arising from your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may close your workspace at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
